On November 19th, the World Bank representative office in Ukraine hosted a presentation, conducted by the Center of Social Expertises named after Yuri Saenko on results of the project “Estimation of the quality of water supply and sanitation services in order to improve these services in the future.” The meeting was attended by representatives of 11 cities where the project is being implemented, as well as representatives of the World Bank, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine and the Center of Social Expertises named after Yuri Saenko.
The presentation was led by Natalia Nikolaichuk, an expert of the Center. The main questions, that occur after the presentation mainly concerned the sample of the survey, quality control of the questionnaire, and the Center’s recommendations based on the survey results. Then a discussion took place, during which problems in project implementation were discussed.
