On November 19th, the World Bank representative office in Ukraine hosted a presentation results of the project “The quality of heating / water services (hot water) in order to improve these services in the future.”

On November 19^th, the World Bank representative office in Ukraine hosted a presentation, conducted by the Center for Social Expertises named after Yuri Saenko on results of the project “The quality of heating / water services (hot water) in order to improve these services in the future.” The meeting was attended by representatives of 6 cities where the project is being implemented, as well as representatives of the World Bank, the Ministry for Regional Development, Building and Housing of Ukraine and the Center of Social Expertises named after Yuri Saenko.

The presentation was led by the expert of the Center Lydia Gladchenko. The main questions, that occur after the presentation mainly concerned the research methodology, sampling, and recommendations for each city. Then a discussion took place, during which city representatives spoke about the progress of the project in their cities.
