Opinions of residents of Donetsk and Lugansk regions on the socio-economic and political situation in Ukraine

Project implementation period: November 2016 – January 2017.

Geography of research: Donetsk and Lugansk regions (towns, which are controlled by Ukraine).

The sample of 1200 respondents aged 18+ (600 respondents in each region).

For this study a multi-stage combined sample was used: probability sample on the stage of selection of settlements and the address for the start of assignments, quota sampling at the stage of respondent selection within the household level.

The study was conducted on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, which are under the control of the Ukrainian authorities.

General totality of the adult population of the area – the citizens of Ukraine, aged 18+.

Survey method: face-to-face interview.

Currently the field phase of the study is completed and the data array prepared.
