Post-revolutionary Ukraine – tolerance or deviation to the right?

In the framework of the study the adult population was surveyed. The survey involved 800 respondents from 8 regions of Ukraine (100 respondents in each region), Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Odesa, Lviv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv region and the city of Kyiv.

Briefing on strategic planning of information campaign to combat homophobia in Ukraine was organized and held. In the framework of the briefing the results of a survey were compared with the results of the research “An opinion poll to determine public perception of LGBT and ways to improve it”, conducted in 2013, commissioned by the NGO “Gay Alliance Ukraine” with the financial support of the US Embassy (preliminary report can be found at GAU http://upogau.org/ru/materials/library/)
