The study uses a cross-sectional design. For recruiting MSM in 16 cities, a sample is used, which is directed and implemented by the respondents themselves. Behavioral data is collected through face-to-face structured interviews. Biological data are collected using rapid HIV, HCV and syphilis tests and DBS. HIV-positive rapid test results are verified using the second and third rapid HIV tests, in accordance with the National HIV Testing Algorithm.
