“Informational campaign regarding common vaccination of Ivano-Frankivsk region population” was performed by the CF ” Intelectualna Perspectyva” in cooperation with Charitable Fund “Rehabilitation Center for Drug Addicted “ZAHID SHANS”, within the framework of joint project of the World Bank and Ministry of health of Ukraine, with the support of UNDP in Ukraine, named “Improving population healthcare: Ministry of health of Ukraine resisting COVID-19 pandemic”.

Goal: the most vulnerable groups of population should get access to accurate and up-to-date information regarding regular vaccination campaign in their place of residence, including regarding measures to prevent COVID-19, treatment, and vaccination campaign in the area where they live (Ivano-Frankivsk region).

Tasks:

  • collect and analyze present information in the region regarding regular vaccination measures, including prevention of coronavirus infection, access to COVID-19 tests, vaccination, and treatment;
  • ensure project target groups representatives’ access to reliable and accurate information regarding regular vaccination measures, including prevention of coronavirus infection, COVID-19 tests, vaccination, and treatment by publishing updated information on accessible local news websites;
  • share knowledge and relevant information with local authorities, NGOs, and mass media representatives;
  • evaluate and analyze vulnerable groups representatives’ awareness and knowledge regarding regular vaccination measures, including COVID-19 prevention and treatment; prepare recommendations for local authorities and medical institutions to improve providing services for vulnerable groups in the region;
  • increase civil society organizations and patients organizations capacity to provide services, to spread information regarding regular vaccination, including COVID-19 vaccination and other public healthcare issues.

The analytical report was prepared based on project results.
