Research of the quality of public information and citizen participation in energy tariff reform

The purpose of this project is to design and conduct a research to assist the Government and partners with a comprehensive understanding of the level of knowledge, experience, attitude and major concerns of citizens about the reform process and to assess their expectations.

Prior to the quantitative study 6 in-depth interviews and 9 focus group discussions were conducted in 4 cities of Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Kherson).

Currently quantitative research is being conducted in all regions of Ukraine (sample – 1800 respondents).
