The aim of the sociological research is to evaluate the quality of services in order to improve the quality and efficiency of services related to water supply, sanitation and solid waste (in certain cities of Ukraine) by restoring critical municipal infrastructure in eleven cities and by investing in complementary institutional strengthening and capacity building activities aimed at increasing the sustainability of service provision.
