Evaluation of the quality of services provided by the LIGA in the city of Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kherson, as well as customer satisfaction with these services

The study was conducted by the Center for Social Expertise of the IS NAS of Ukraine, commissioned by the GLB “LIGA”.

The purpose of the research: collection and analysis of information on the quality of services at LIGA to increase the effectiveness of sexual health programs for MSM and WSW, as well as HIV / STI prevention programs for this target group in the city of. Mykolaiv / Kherson / Odesa.

Objectives:

1. To evaluate the quality of work of “LIGA” programs:

• community-center programs;
• the program “Center for interaction with society and the state”.

1. Assess the quality of personal protective equipment:

• Condoms;
• lubricants,

as well as additional materials:

• Wet sanitary napkins.

1. Study the availability and reasons for the inaccessibility of HIV testing services through rapid tests.
2. To study the availability of testing for syphilis with the help of rapid tests;
3. To study the availability of testing for chlamydia through rapid tests;
4. To evaluate the quality of pre-exposure therapy;
5. Examine the factors that can contribute to HIV infection;
6. To study the level of awareness about HIV / AIDS;
7. To evaluate the quality of information materials that clients received from employees at the “LIGA”;
8. To evaluate the organizational and personnel potential of LIGA;

 Based on the results of the online survey, analytical reports were prepared.
